Feverish

Hey There everyone.

Well I got a fever last night around 102-103F and the standard is to go straight to the hospital which we did. So here I am in TG again. They are waiting for blood culture results to come back to see if I have some sort of infection. If there's no infection then this is just my bodies way to reacting to being neutropenic(low on white cells and everything else). So I'm just resting here get antibiotics and fluids and hopefully can get out when I've been feverless for 24hrs.

Things to Pray For:
  • Fevers go away
  • Smooth recovery
  • No infections
  • Counts go up
Well I'm gonna hang out with Karl and watch American Idol.

Thanks for your prayers and love.

Love,
Karina

  4. Karina,

My name is Micah and I'm a friend of Hannah. I just want to encourage you to fight the good fight and keep on trusting. Our bible study (which both Hannah and Isaac are in) are all praying for your recovery. We have prayed for you over the years and will continue to pray until you are healed. <3 As a sister in Jesus I wish you the best!

  5. Hi Karina,
I'm Kim, a good friend of your Aunt Ellyn. I've heard lots of fun stories about you!Wanted you to know there are lots of us out here in Billings keeping you in our prayers. I am especially praying that you will be able to rest in Him in every way, and that as you rest you will be restored in every way! Psalm 4:8 says, "In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety."

  6. Hi Karina,
I'm Suzee also a good friend of Ellyn's. I want you to know that I am committing to pray for you. I cannot imagine how difficult this is for you as you ride the wave of emotions from good news to bad news....I am so sorry and will especially pray for your during this recent bout of pneumonia. Lord God, still the storm in my sister Karina. You alone are the Rock, cause her to hide in the shadow of your wing.

  7. Hi Karina, I know that this is especially difficult to understand. Press in to Jesus Christ, don't let go. Keep knocking, Keep Asking. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, the Author and Perfecter of your faith. I will continue to pray for you, that God will Comfort you with the Comfort that only He can give.
God trains our hands for war and our fingers for battle (Psalm 144). Lean into to Him and receive from Him. He is Good and He loves you with an Everlasting love.
